Out of the Ashes - The Show Goes On
It has been confirmed today that the IIPSEC 2004 International IP in Security Exhibition and Conference will go ahead as planned. Following the sad news of the fire that destroyed much of the National Motorcycle Museum near Birmingham, ruining 650 vintage machines and leaving 60% of the building a blackened shell.
An alternative venue has been announced and the event, which will be held in the same week in January but has been brought forward by just one day.
The event will now take place on January 27th – 29th 2004 at Stoneleigh Park near Coventry, The venue which is only 20 minutes from the Motorcycle Museum offers the same high level of accommodation, FREE covered parking and a host of other goodies and was the intended venue for the 2005 show.
There is plenty of hotel accommodation nearby for exhibitors and visitors alike and Stoneleigh Park is just 10 minutes from junction 15 of the M40.
The Event Calendar below outlines the schedule for the event and we hope that all of those who had registered as visitors or seminar/conference delegates will not be inconvenienced. All of those who have registered will be contacted shortly with the latest News.
The product showcase will be held in Hall 1 of the Stoneleigh Complex which will house all 80+ Exhibitors, the IP UserGroup lounge, Catering and chill out area and in addition a separate exhibitors lounge.
Seminars and IP Convergence Conference will be presented in the purpose built conference theatre and the Learning Zone hands-on workshops in the Warwick complex, both of which are just a minutes walk from the exhibition hall.
We hope that we can rely on the continued support of our exhibitors, sponsors and visitors and look forward to seeing you all at Stoneleigh Park in January.
